Login for Remote Support
Overview
Logging in for ZETAGS remote support is easy. Just follow the simple steps below
Note:
In some cases remote support is a paid service whereas email and web support is free for ZETAGS customers
STEP 1 Request Your Support Link
Contact [email protected] to request support
STEP 2 Open Google Remote Desktop
Using GOOGLE CHROME WEB BROWSER ONLY
Please go to the following web link
https://remotedesktop.google.com/support/
You should see the following page.
If you do NOT see the blue “Generate Code: button Click here
Otherwise, click the Generate Code Button

STEP 3 Send the Access Code Number to ZETAGS
You should see the number shown below. Click the Copy Icon and send the number to ZETAGS Support
You can send in the following ways.

Skype ID = ZETAGS
International Phone or Whatsapp = +61408884479
Phone within Australia = 040 888 4479
(Note that due to security issues Google access numbers do not stay active for long)

STEP 4 Allow Access
Once ZETAGS support staff attempt to login, you will see the Share confirmation shown below
Click the Share button
You should then expect to see ZETAGS support staff checking your computer remotely.
