Before requesting remote support you need to allow permissions.
After your session you can remove permissions if prefered.
- CLICK the “Apple” Icon in the top corner of your computer screen.2. CLICK the “Sharing” icon3. CHECK the “Screen Sharing” Checkbox
then CLICK the “Computer Settings” button4. Change Permissions as shown below
